If you’re anything like me and two of your major food groups include coffee and peanut butter, then please take a seat because I want to propose something life changing to you…

A PEANUT BUTTER LATTE.

Yep, I’m talking peanut butter + coffee mixed all together in one delicious cup of happiness. This quick and easy recipe is delicious hot or cold and will have you jumping out of bed in the morning- as well as drinking seven cups too many.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A teaspoon (or tablespoon if you’re a real fanatic) of peanut butter (I use Mayvers Organic PB)

  • 3/4 cup of milk of choice (I use Nutty Bruce’s Almond Milk)

  • A shot of coffee

  • A blender

  • Either a small stove pot or microwave (if making a warm latte)

For a warm latte…

  1. Heat your milk up either over the stove or in the microwave

  2. Blend heated milk with peanut butter for around 30 seconds

  3. Pour milk and peanut butter mixture into cup

  4. Add a shot of coffee to the mix (if you use instant coffee just mix a teaspoon with a little hot water)

  5. Drink and enjoy!

For an ice latte…

  1. Blend milk and peanut butter for around 30 seconds

  2. Pour mixture into a cup

  3. Add a shot of coffee to the mix (if you use instant coffee just mix a teaspoon with a little hot water)

  4. Add ice (or blend the ice all together with the mixture for a frappe)

  5. Drink and enjoy!
